It took me 30 minutes to find the appropriate pictures. If it was something I had done, I would have skipped it. But Mh made this dinner. And I wanted to give him credit because it was a GREAT dinner.The dinner consisted of baked chicken breast in a simple salt and pepper coating with mushroom sauce. There was also baked yams with a brown sugar and butter sauce which was so delicious.
The pictures attached show extra things like a slice of bread. That we did not have. A salad would have gone well with the dish too. But truly speaking, the yams were so caramaly and warm that a salad would have a bit distracting.
